- Refill Pharmacy
- Prescriptions filled through either a retail network Pharmacy or the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy program may be refilled at CRDAMC Main Pharmacy if the medication is listed on the CRDAMC Formulary. Note: Processing time could take up to 48 hours to complete.
The Refill Pharmacy is located in the Clear Creek Post Exchange located on Clear Creek Road inside the Customer Service area. Because of the large number of patients, Darnall requires that patients request refills in advance. Patients may use the 24-hour automated telephone refill system, or mail in their requests using forms provided by the pharmacy.
- Refill phone lines are operational around-the-clock.
- Refills not claimed after seven days are returned to stock. Patients who are unable to pick up refills within seven days are encouraged to call and request their medications be held until a specific date.
The phone-in refill system interacts with the Pharmacy computer system giving you an immediate status of your refill request.
- Refills not picked up after 7 working days are returned to stock. If delays occurs, call the Pharmacy, 618-7027, to hold your medication.
